Our Creme egg fudge is our traditional recipe and with a chocolate egg filled with a soft fondant centre. Gives this fudge pockets of gooey sweetness.This flavour is by far the naughtiest of the range, not for the faint hearted!

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Fudge-Sugar, Condensed Milk (Milk), Butter (Milk), Cream (Milk), Glucose. Creme egg-sugar, Milk, Glucose syrup, cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, dried whey (from Milk),cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), Emulsifier (E442),Dried egg white, flavourings, colour (Paprika extract),milk chocolate: Milk solids 14% min, contains vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter.

STORAGE

Our fudge is best stored in a cool,dry place 8-12 degrees is best,please do not refridgertae as this can effect the cystals in the fudge and will change the texture.

All our fudges are made fresh to order and have a four month shelf life and our Turkish delight two months, once opened consume within 7days.

You can freeze our fudge! Wrap in parchment paper and put in a Tupperware box, defrost at room temperature use within two months.

Note: When ordering multiple products in pick and mix, please be aware that items with strong flavours such as Espresso and Banoffee may taint other products when packaged together. If you wish to order we advise to do one box per flavour.
