The triple chocolate Black Forest bomb is made using freeze dried cherries enrobed in a milk chocolate ganache with a naughty hint of kirsch.

This one is lovely served as a dessert with thick double cream or cut into chunks in an ice cream sundae with fresh cherries and ice cream.

Our Black Forest bombs have a shelf life of one month, providing they are kept at the correct temperature.
